Human Resources Administrator


This is a Contract position in Jonestown, PA posted February 24, 2021.

Aerotek is now seeking a Human Resources Administrator for our client in the Lebanon, PA area!


The Human Resources Admin will be assisting the HR team with the hiring process of all employees.

Job Duties

– Assist with onboarding process

– New-hire process

– Employee relations – answer questions/concerns with pay, hours, etc.

– Assist the HR team with any other duties as needed

Top Skills Details:

HR or recruiting experience

Comfortable with Microsoft Office

Onboarding/new hire process experience a plus

Will consider a degree in HR looking to gain experience
