Human Resources Administrator III with Security Clearance

Description Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time HR Administrator to support the programs within the EPASS Contract located in Bedford, MA. Job Responsibilities: * The Contractor shall have knowledge of the AF Civilian and Military personnel systems. Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing and provide management documentation (briefings, documents, etc) as needed to administratively support Human Resource activities.
* Shall be able to research and assess issues and develop and support management as needed by the organization concerning Human Resources.
* Shall support senior level meetings/reviews and various briefings and schedules to Senior Management.
Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements: * Advanced degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD, or a BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 year must be in the DoD, or 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, of which 8 year must be in the DoD
* Minimum 12 years of experience performing administrative functions
* Highly efficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
* Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
