Human Resources Analytics Consultant

Collins Aerospace

This is a Full-time position in Greenwood Village, CO posted November 10, 2021.

As a Senior Manager, HR Analytics Consultant, you’ll have responsibility for enabling better business decisions through better workforce insights within a designated function at Collins Aerospace.

This position can be worked remotely from anywhere within the domestic U.S.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Become a trusted partner to your internal customers (globally) and deeply understand their business needs
  • Identify and lead projects that deliver innovative workforce insights and inform business decisions
  • Drive and become change agent to data projects that further-enable future insights
  • Develop data and analytics competencies in HR Business Partners
  • Provide leadership and support for data-intensive HR Processes
  • Partner with the Central Talent function to execute talent related initiatives
  • Implements strategies that will help foster an inclusive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and fulfill talent needs.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to implement talent strategies in an assigned area; develops plans to address short
    – and long-term talent needs.
  • Conducts ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommends modifications as necessary.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is Required
  • Must be a US Person/ Permanent Resident Green Card holder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Consulting, Analytics, Finance, and/or Human Resource experience
  • Experience building data-based recommendations to solve complex problems
  • Experience leading meaningful change in a large and complex organization
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
