Colorado Plains Medical Center Performs HR Generalist and clerical duties including, filing; preparing paperwork packets; ensuring personnel paperwork is completed; scheduling; and assisting Human Resources Director with workers compensation administration, recruitment, and rewards/recognition activities.

Job Requirements: Requireshigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred; 1-2 years ofhuman resources experience preferred.

Experience in healthcare beneficial.

Must possess a broad knowledge ofState and Federal employment laws; excellent customer service skills; excellentcomputer skills and ability to learn new programs; excellent oral and writtencommunication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability toprioritize; multi-task; be flexible; and work independently with minimalsupervision; ability to follow directions; ability to work as a team; strong organizational skills; strong interpersonal skills; abilityto pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy of work; ability to identifyproblems and use problem solving methodologies; ability to work well under stressfulconditions with time constraints, frequent interruption, and constant demand ofa high volume workload; ability to interpret and apply guidelines, policies,and procedures; and ability to consistently exercise discretion and judgmentand apply analytical skills to the performance of work/daily duties.
