Minimum Qualifications

1. A Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university; or,
2. Graduation from a senior high school and four years of satisfactory semi-professional or technical experience in personnel operations; or,
3. A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Job Requirements:

Job Description

  • Responsible for HR Reception; answer phones; direct employees as necessary; distribute and collect various HR forms, as requested

  • Issue memos for all Hospital IDs to all employees, volunteers, students, vendors, etc.

  • Assist recruitment and background units as necessary

  • Create labels for new personnel files and background files

  • Daily mail pick-up and distribution for HR

  • Member of the Employee Motivational Activity Team (EMAT) and assisting with hospital-wide programs

  • Assist with archiving and retrieval of personnel files and other HR documents as needed

  • Duplicate personnel files for submission to Risk Management or Legal, as requested

  • Assist with regulatory compliance projects, including but not limited to file auditing

  • Work on additional HR projects, as needed

  • Responsible for regulatory compliance (performance evaluations, license renewals, etc)

  • Assist with records management
