Job Description

Provides assistance in key Talent Acquisition processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and other recruitment related functions.

Accurately maintains data within the human resource information systems and recommends system enhancements for human resource information system advancement.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Two or more years of related HR or customer service experience required.

Experience in supporting the Talent Acquisition strongly preferred.

Will consider current college students majoring in Human Resources, who are at about the junior year level who are looking for a long-term internship experience.

Knowledge of and experience with human resources information systems strongly preferred (Peoplesoft or other systems).

Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume and variety of diversified assignments.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), to effectively communicate with candidates, colleagues and hiring leaders.

This is a casual position (non-benefits eligible); approximately 20-25 hours per week on day shift, preferably working 4 or 5 days per week.

This role will primarily be remote with flexibility needed to work in the office as operational needs require.
