We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to provide leadership and expertise across core people development processes at Peloton.

This person will help scale Peloton’s people development programs to the next level in support of our global business strategy.

Having experienced significant domestic and international growth over the last few years, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive a large impact across the United States, Brazil, and India people operations.

This role is both hands-on and strategic, requiring the successful candidate to bring creative thinking and a deep understanding of best practices to solve challenges.

The HRBP will be a proactive communicator and change agent, who guides and supports business leaders by aligning HR programs and activities with organizational strategy across the critical areas of Peloton’s career planning, performance management, coaching, employee relations, learning and development, and recognition programs. 


As a HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
  • Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth
  • Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution
  • Develop and nurture partnerships through HR to strengthen the connection between management and employees, enabling authentic employee engagement.
  • Spearhead Peloton’s performance management and improvement systems, inclusive of: goal setting, feedback mechanisms, the annual review process and promotion cycles
  • Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, boost productivity and the retention of team members.
  • Lead and enhance Peloton’s onboarding process to ensure team members are baselined in Peloton’s processes and expectations and have a positive entry into the company
  • As a change agent, champion new programs to ensure successful implementation and adoption within the practices.
  • Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Execute on talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans
  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Compensation, and Legal to implement solutions to help scale the business
  • Central point of coordination for employee relations; acts as a confidential resource and safe harbor for associates
  • Ensure Peloton adherence to any regulatory and compliance requirements.

    Remain current with HR policies, laws, and best practices

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience supporting leaders at global companies.
  • HR experience in organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture development, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Previous experience working with rapid growth and a complex changing work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Comfortable working with the Microsoft Office Suite
