This role will be responsible for translating organizational priorities into defined actions for attracting, developing and retaining talent critical to the success of the company.

You will have operational ownership for executing key HR strategies, with partnership from your client groups, including functional Vice Presidents.nn nnThe role:Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your competencies:nn nnPartner with multiple Vice Presidents to ensure strategic company initiatives are being demonstrated and driven through the organizationnn nnHelp define and execute organizational change strategies directly tied to the development of people, teams and organizationsnn nnPartner with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure Fortive/ASP acquires, develops and retains key talent across multiple geographiesnn nnAct as both a business partner and internal executive coach to senior leaders and managersnn nnDrive succession planning, talent identification and talent reviews to ensure long-term organizational bench strengthnn nnActively participate in or lead problem-solving and process improvements with the global HR teamnn nnHelp evolve the company’s culture, including driving employee engagement to enable a high performing workforce that contributes to strategic growthnn nnEnsure key HR business systems, metrics and workforce analytics are in place to identify areas of concern and support the creation and execution of plans to address any gapsnn nnHelp leaders create followership through transformationnn nnEnsure the integrity of employee relations’ practicesnn nnThe person:You are an accomplished HR professional and proven strategic business partner from a highly regarded company known for innovation, process excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Degree in Human Resources and/or MBA is highly desired.
• At least 6 years of experience as a human resources business partner with at least 3 years’ experience driving strategic HR initiatives
• At least 3 years of experience supporting geographically diverse teams
• Demonstrated experience leading broad organizational development initiatives
• Significant demonstrated experience defining and leading change management programs
• Proven history of helping leaders attract, retain and develop high performance teams
• Proven ability to influence high-impact decisions, provide critical feedback, and lead difficult conversations
• Demonstrated ability to analyze various data and make linkages across complex organizational or business concepts, strategy, structure and processesnn nnHere are a few examples of the traits we value:
