Job Overview The Human Resources Partner will join BCEW during an exciting phase of growth for both the organization and the HR team.

This position is responsible for working with all BCEW leaders to align departmental HR initiatives and functions with BCEW objectives and needs.

The HRBP acts as a first point of contact and liaison with team members to provide full Human Resources services.

While this role will primarily focus on recruitment, selection, training and development, this role will also support BCEW operations as a seasoned HR Generalist in the areas of employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, employee development, workers compensation, leaves of absence, payroll, and compliance.

This is an exempt (salaried position).

This position works out of the Rancho Cucamonga, CA office and will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.

The ideal candidate will need a solid generalist background in the field of Human Resources, including recruitment, talent development, and conflict management.

This individual possesses strong ethical conduct, a customer/client focus, impeccable attention to detail and follow through and the ability to understand a complex organization, their essential business goals and priorities, and the ability to help translate that into HR strategies and programs, in conjunction with corporate programs.

To be successful in this role you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in human resources and/or organizational development 3
– 5 years of relative work experience – including a minimum of 2 years in full-cycle recruitment Thorough knowledge of all federal, state, and local employment and workers’ compensation laws Must have a demonstrated track record as a Human Resources Generalist within a fast-paced organization Experience with non-exempt employee group and CA compliance Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop productive working relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently Ability to effectively communicate with people in challenging situations Good judgment of people situations and ability to make recommendations on an appropriate course of action Very strong confidentiality protocols and ability to retain confidential matters, paperwork, files in accordance with all best practices in HR and overall company security High quality verbal, written and presentation communication skills Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to produce high-quality work in a dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS HRB/Portal Administration Flexible team player: willingness to step in and support team within the department and cross-functionally based on operational demands Possess and maintain a valid California Driver License 10-20% travel (mostly same day travel within CA) Desired: Experience as a PayCom admin user HR designation by either HRCI or SHRM (i.e.

SHRM
