Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Your contributions will help us fulfill our mission of advancing the background screening experience through visibility and insights, empowering our clients to make smarter, unbiased decisionsAs a member of the HR Leadership Team, serve as a strategic HR Business Partner aligning HR programs and initiatives with business objectives and needs.

This role works collaboratively with leaders to prioritize strategic people priorities and solutions that accelerate the achievement of business plans through talent management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition and organizational effectiveness.

This role requires both a strategic and hands-on leader that provides full cycle Human Resources support who will play a critical role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive organization through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner for assigned business leaders and the broader HR team to support people strategies and initiatives as well as develop and implement HR plans and solutions.Collaborate with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessments and development.Coach leaders in building highly engaged, high performing teams while developing leadership capability and talent pipelines.As a trusted partner, counsel leaders on talent development, performance management, and addressing complex employee relations matters.Lead all global HR processes such as annual performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent review in designated client groupsAnalyze metrics and trends to drive decisioning and develop solutions.Provide management coaching to front line managers and senior leaders.Provide insight and advice to support decision making and lead change when necessary.Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group.Influence decisions by building strong stakeholder relationships and partnerships.Takes accountability for HR services delivery across client group(s) working with the HR team to drive a high quality employee experience.Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growthWork closely with front line leaders improve leadership capabilities, workforce performance, recognition and overall engagementSupport leaders in the development and implementation of strategies that enable the organization to thrive through periods of change.

Qualifications: Critical SkillsAbility to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve resultsStrong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive nature.
