The Human Resources Business Partner II is responsible for administering policies relating to all phases of human resources activity and uses knowledge of various human resources functions including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to line managers.+ Conducts regular meetings with respective business unit leadership teams+ Consults with leadership, providing HR guidance when appropriate.+ Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.+ Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.

Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.+ Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Partners with the legal department as needed/required.+ Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).+ Works closely with leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.+ Works closely with the HR Director and consults with business unit leadership in the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies that support business needs+ Facilitates regularly scheduled employee engagement and training programs as required+ Responds to unemployment compensation claims as needed+ Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.+ Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.+ Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.+ Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.

Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.+ Performs other related duties as assigned.+ Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible.Education/Experience+ Bachelor’s Degree from four-year College or University and 6 or more years of progressive human resources experience in a mid to large sized company; or at least 10 years of equivalent combination of education and progressive experience+ Healthcare industry experience preferred+ Communicate and interact with executives across an organization+ Mentor and guide leaders with HR policies and procedures+ Facilitate and conduct training sessions for leaders across the organization+ Articulate and clear communication style, both written and verbal+ Able to work in a fast paced environment with changing demands and priorities+ Demonstrate patience and empathy when dealing with employee relations and complaints+ Able to apply HR knowledge when dealing in all mattersComputer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:+ Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint+ Lawson Business Edition preferred+ Proficient in internet useCertificates and Licenses (if applicable)+ S/PHR preferredIf you are ready to join an exciting, progressive company and have a strong work ethic, join our team of experts!
