Some travel may be required.What You’ll DoThe Human Resources Coordinator projects a positive image to potential and current employees to promote LSI as an employer of choice and to increase employee satisfaction and retention. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, unemployment claim processing and applicant tracking system (ATS) management. The position ensures consistency and compliance with LSI, state, federal, and accreditation policies, procedures, and regulations.What You’ll NeedQualified applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree in a human resources, business or related field, a minimum of two years direct, hands-on human resource experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
