This position is responsible for recruiting, hiring and managing our caregiving work force.
This person needs to be sincerely interested in the needs, development and success of others in a fast-paced and growing organization.
She or he will also be comfortable presenting virtual and in-house training to new and current employees.

H.R. experience in healthcare or related fields is preferred with proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Ability to learn new software and CRM proprietary software. Excellent decision maker with great presentation skills required.

This role is a full time position at our office in Norwalk, CT.
