We accomplish these goals – and more through our compassionate team of individuals who strive every day to provide the best care and services our community needs.Job Description:As the Human Resources Coordinator, your scope of responsibilities will include but are not limited to:* Actively participating in the new hire process, including but not limited to: scheduling and/or administering pre-hire screenings, preparing and completing new hire paperwork and communicating orientation expectations.* Assisting with new Team Member orientation, including communicating benefits and policies to new Team Member to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.* Coordinating the status change process, including but not limited to updating badges, requesting and following up on paperwork, and communicating benefit status information.* Assisting the Benefits/Risk Manager in benefits and Pension Plan administration in accordance with plan design and third party record keeping.* Assisting in the answering of questions regarding benefits, eligibility, and other pertinent information.* Assisting with and/or administering special projects; helping develop, implement and maintain goals, objectives, policies and priorities for assigned projects and service areas.* Assisting with recognition program and special events.Education and Experience:* High school diploma or equivalent required.* Associates degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.* Must have a working knowledge and familiarity with Human Resources practice.* Must have strong computer skills and the ability to learn HRIS system.Join Our Work Family:As a team member at Cross Keys Village, you will be provided with many benefits such as a positive work environment and comprehensive training opportunities.
