Human Resources Coordinator

Home Instead Senior Care

This is a Contract position in Melbourne, FL posted October 2, 2020.

Primary Responsibilities : Reflect the core values of M & L Green Home Health LLC d.b.a.

an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise.

Provide leadership of the HR Department; focusing on operational efficiency and Key Player performance related to Key Player and CAREGiver recruitment and engagement.

Monitor outcomes of HR department activities and direct changes that will drive achievement of operational goals.

Focus on Key Player engagement strategies to ensure their retention and satisfaction.

Complete a regularly scheduled audit of HR processes to ensure compliance with all governing bodies; including Home Instead Senior Care® Standards and any state specific requirements.

Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, direct reports, colleagues, CAREGivers, clients and family members On a weekly basis, monitor CAREGiver electronic notes Take Service Inquiries Conduct client touch point calls Facilitate corporate Alzheimer’s training Coordinate worker’s compensation care Monitor and facilitate employee benefits Under the guidance with the RN, oversee CAREGiver compliance with company policies Monitor compliance of client/CAREGiver introductions (using Lead CAREGivers) with every new client and with every new CAREGiver Maintain ongoing communication and a consistent follow-up schedule with clients and families who have called into the office and/or communicated via the Family Room.

Work with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a client’s care.

On a weekly basis, monitor CAREGiver electronic notes ensuring client care plans are being followed.

Work with clients and their families on the various issues that may arise to ensure they are getting resolution to issues as well as receiving the services needed.

Take Service Inquiries following the consultative sales process Education/Experience Requirements : Associates Degree or a combination of education and work experience may be considered.

Must possess a valid driver’s license Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.
