Provides assistance to the HR Acquisition process. Assist Center of Excellence with projects, communication, benefits enrollment, onboarding, data entry and other duties that will overall impact the associate experience. Coordinates the implementation of services, policies and programs through partnering with Centers of Excellence. Supports the efficient functioning of HR Operations.

  • Various support departments, and HR to ensure a successful acquisition.
  • Assist Center of Excellence HR Leads in daily tasks and special projects.
  • Creates new hire welcome letters and ensures data accuracy.
  • Compiles and updates file with employee data such as PI, compensation, position and location.
  • Serves as liaison/advocate between associate and HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Enters associate data into HRIS system for onboarding and ensures data integrity in our HR systems.
  • Assist with uploading and updating various MyEyeDr. web portals like Peopledoc, MyEyeShare, Acuity Logic etc.
  • Responsible for accurately processing HR related information with confidentiality.
  • Provides input and recommendations on process improvements and development supporting innovation and efficiency.
  • Works closely with MyEyeDr. management, associates, and acquisition owners to successfully onboard associates as seamlessly as possible and support the needs of the integrated business
  • Analyzes incoming associate data and identifies support needed from respective Centers of Excellence
  • Adheres to strict timelines and hold others in the department accountable for meeting established timelines and commitments respective to the integration
  • In depth knowledge of the Purpose, Promise, Vision and Values of MyEyeDr. and able to share the important of the P2V2 with newly acquired groups
  • Partners with all levels of leaders to ensure overall integration needs are being met
  • Assist other departments within MyEyeDr. on projects as assigned.
  • 1+ year or HR related experience is required
  • AA or Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field is preferred
