Human Resources Coordinator

This is a Full-time position in Mount Pleasant, SC posted November 22, 2021.

This is a high energy non-exempt Human Resource position reporting to the HR Manager. It is a great opportunity to grow in both the HR and retail fields. This position will develop and sharpen your skills as well as tap into your talents.

You will lead the execution of the human resources functions to include scheduling, daily and weekly payroll audits, serve as back up for cash office functions, associate level recruitment, processing and on-boarding new hires, benefits coordination, employee relations, training, performance, policy communication, and other HR initiatives.

  • Must be able to make sound decisions based on business needs and objectives.
  • Must be computer literate and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Must be a team player and a partner to the HR team to help move the organization forward towards it’s goals and objectives.
  • Must be a self starter and problem solver.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Position will act as a key-holder with responsibility for leading the support staff as appropriate

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail and/or HR
  • High volume scheduling experience preferred
  • Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to work at a quick and steady pace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
