Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator role: Assist with day to day operations of the Human Resources and Finance team Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources and FHA Team Managers as needed Compile and update employee records (Hard and electronic copies) Review and update existing files Process documentation and prepare reports Support and organize a paperless filing system Assist and coordinate video conference calls Attend team meetings as needed and take notes Data entry, scan, email/mail, file and photocopy Prepare, type, proofread and send correspondence Special administrative projects Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator: 2 years of administrative experience MS Office
