THEN INTERIM HEALTHCARE IS FOR YOU Interim HealthCare of Toledo is currently searching for a Human Resources professional to join our award winning team.

The Human Resources Coordinator will be a self-motivated, multi-tasker who works well under pressure.

The position is responsible for providing office support in various HR disciplines such as recruiting, employee relations, benefits and employee development activities.

The coordinator will work in conjunction with our Regional Management Center to ensure and accomplish business objectives.

To name a few of the key responsibilities, the Human Resources Coordinator will: Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains local employee handbook as needed.

Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.

Monitors performance evaluation program and ensures evaluations are current.

Performs benefits administration to include assisting claims resolution, change reporting, communicating benefit information to employees.

Works with RMC (Regional Management Center) Human Resources.

Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.

Assists with recruitment effort in coordination with RMC Talent Acquisition department.

Processes new hires and conducts new-employee orientations as needed per business objectives.

Job Requirements A bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of Human Resources experience, OR Four (4) years of Human Resources experience, OR Any similar combination of education and experience Healthcare experience preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written for multiple business purposes.

Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration.

Excellent computer proficiency including the ability to utilize software programs for creating documents.
