Human Resources Coordinator Overland Park KS

This is a Full-time position in Olathe, KS posted May 15, 2021.

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for actively supporting the on-boarding and off-boarding process for all business locations.

This person should be a highly motivated and energetic individual willing to achieve assigned tasks and goals.

Everyday jobs may include a wide variety of duties and this person should be willing and able to achieve all of them successfully.

A broad range of skills is also needed to attain success in this important position including detail orientation and the ability to manage stressful and changing circumstances at all times.

This is a non-exempt, temporary position with the potential to convert to a full time employee.

Hourly pay rate up to $21/hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Other duties may be assigned
Manage employment procedures for onboarding process including background checks, I9 verifications, pre-employment paperwork, and new hire orientation Coordinate Off boarding process for separating employees Maintain data integrity of information in HRIS and develop deep understanding of HRIS capability Manage and own creating, updating and retaining employee personnel file Assist with HR project planning, coordination and implementation.

Assist in the basic deliverables of the payroll process.

Maintain strict confidentiality of HR information at all times.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Entry level experience in Human Resources, customer service or related field Proficient in Microsoft Office products
– MS Excel and MS Word

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong administrative, organization, and time management skills Ability to multi-task, highly detail-oriented, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and service-oriented
