Human Resources Director

Coverall North America, Inc.

This is a Full-time position in Deerfield Beach, FL posted June 10, 2021.



Works with the VP of Human Resources in providing leadership in developing and executing the Human Resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Provides the strategic direction of HRIS and Payroll system, reporting, and analytics. Manages the suite of modules (Onboarding, Benefits, Talent Management and Reporting) to maximize value to the company.

  • Responsible for HR compliance reporting and policy administration to include but not limited to EEO1, Leave Administration and Auto Reimbursement
  • Must have Multi-State Human Resource Experience
  • Own the integrity of the total HRIS system to include Workforce Now self-service, onboarding, payroll, and talent management.
  • Provide expertise and oversight for the existing HRIS system.
  • Responsible for core ADP payroll system and the supervision of Coverall?s Payroll Specialist.
  • Implement initiatives that effectively communicate and support Coverall?s vision and values.
  • Manage onboarding process.
  • Function as an advisor to Coverall management when HR related factors are involved.
  • Provide guidance to employees on employee relations matters.
  • Conduct internal investigations and partner with VP of HR regarding issues and solutions.
  • Works with Coverall leaders in performance management of their staff.
  • Ensure that managers are adhering to Coverall?s termination procedures including employee separation notices and related documentation.
  • Manage health and welfare plan administration
  • Conduct monthly benefits orientation for eligible participants.
  • Ensure COBRA administration is executed as required by law.
  • Work with VP of HR to research, identify and recommend enhancements to benefit programs and new health and welfare offerings.
  • Review and reconcile billings by health, dental and supplemental insurance providers and prepare internal reports by region for Accounting.
  • Manage Annual Open Enrollment process.


  • Bachelor?s degree in Business or Human Resources.
  • SHRM Certification is preferred
  • 7 – 10 years progressively responsible positions in human resources.
  • Experience in multi- location/multi state organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; Communicate information and details clearly and concisely.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
