is looking for an HR DIRECTOR to support our growing business in the US.

The HR Director will be an agile, connected and accountable partner to the business and senior management, building Talent capabilities, enabling growth and performance and connectivity between various business units.

You will have corporate experience and methods in your toolbox, but a mindset and creativity associated with a young dynamic company.

Leadership / Key Stakeholders This role reports directly into the General Manager of the USA business and will be part of the local executive management team.

This role will also report professionally to Dir Global HR (matrix), engaging on the broader people agenda and strategic objectives of the Group.

Accountable for all people related dimensions: Talent building and retention OD & Learning: defining missing capabilities, build training programs across functions, lead annual assessment process Org culture:Team Building and implementation of Company’s values Comp & Ben: HR Budget, financial and people planning (HC), promotions, employment legislation, Policy Recommendations working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

And Experience required You will have a solid background in at least one HR discipline where you will have already proven your ability to shape and deliver organizational effectiveness and change with confidence.

You will bring the following: 8+ Years Experience Ability to use HR data and analytics to diagnose trends and link to business performance outcomes Ability to diagnose OE capability gaps and translate into the OE levers – learning, culture, process, ways of working and behaviours Understand what drives value for the business area you support, and put effective interventions in place to enable this Strong change and project management skills Experience of driving culture and engagement strategies A solid coach to leaders Strong talent management experience and great talent judgement – ability to assess talent gaps, and orchestrate the actions needed to strengthen the talent bench Have a good understanding of HR processes and process improvement Great work environment and attractive compensation!
