Human Resources Employee Coordinator

Pomeroy Lodging LP

This is a Contract position in Alyeska, AK posted October 19, 2021.

This positon is located in Girdwood, Alaska

J1 – Employee Coordinator

Responsible for providing support for People and Culture (H.R.) employee programs within the organization.

Main Duties:

  • Manages J1 walk in traffic in the People and Culture Department.
  • Assists employees with information and filing onboaring documents as needed.
  • Assists Housing Manager with J1 housing program
  • Coordinates J1 program and on-site issues and programs.
  • Coordinates J1 interviews, arrival and departures with J1 agencies.
  • Coordinates with transportation providers, J1 transportation to housing in Anchorage.
  • Keeps J1 employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely fashion.
  • Assists with the Oreintation and Onboarding of all employees.

Skills/Requirements: Previous human resources experience preferred. Computer literacy required. Ability to communicate with employees, colleagues and leadership.
