This is a Full-time position in Sacramento, CA posted October 17, 2019.

HR is responsible department goals and objectives.

This position will be a key component in supporting both the corporate office and the caregivers.

Additionally, this position will assist in developing local and national recruiting plans as well as helping build new, creative recruiting ideas.

Role and Responsibilities: Develops department goals, objectives and systems Benefits Administration: Open enrollment Communicating benefit information to employees Claims resolution New employee sign ups & termination of benefits COBRA administration Recruitment: Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications and seeking input from hiring managers Interview applicants on consistent set of qualifications Strategically choosing candidates based off of meeting job qualifications and fitting into company culture.

Conduct interviews.

Ensure the company meets all state and federal regulations regarding employment Assist in the development of strategic local and national recruitment plans Maintains all written information regarding employees, including but not limited to: Employee Handbook Job Descriptions Training Information Write ups Terminations Track employees vacation time off Assist in the execution of payroll duties on a weekly basis Administrative duties and recordkeeping Conducts employee relations counseling/investigations, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing Qualifications and Education Requirements Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have direct supervision over any positions.

Education/Experience Level, Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations : Four year degree in Human Resources or related field required.

Additional documented experience and knowledge may substitute for degree.

5-8 years’ experience in a Human Resources role required.

Computer Skills : Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, and Excel) required.

Ability to read computer generated reports preferred.

Experience with Paychex software a plus.
