This is a Full-time position in Orlando City, FL posted June 10, 2019.

Job Purpose This role will manage all aspects of Human Resources within our Florida Operation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provides human resources management and support to all members of the team within the Florida market to include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.

This role will perform a wide range of duties including some or all of the following: Responsible for the recruitment of various positions within the Florida market Manages all aspects of the employee onboarding experience to include DOT and Non DOT positions Establishes and manages long term goals that align with Company standards Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures while conducting investigations Manages employee conflicts through coaching and counseling on HR matters Manages HRIS and employee benefit enrollments Partners with the corporate HR team to market trends and opportunities Provides guidance and structure on business unit structure, workforce planning and succession planning.

Encourages and manages a strong and positive work culture amongst all employees Position will need to travel 35% within the state of Florida Required Experience 2-5 years of previous HR generalist or HRBP experience Must have had previous experience managing a broad range of employee relation matters Experience with time management skills, prioritizing and meeting deadline expectations.

Excellent communicator with positive and strong influence skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently.

Qualifications Bachelors Degree preferred 2-5 years of previous HR generalist experience Personal Characteristics The role should demonstrate competence in all of the following:
