The Role You’ll Play Are you an early career Human Resources professional, excited to grow your career in the manufacturing industry, and ready to take the next career step?

As the Human Resources Generalist at this specialty tire plant, you will be actively fielding employee HR-related questions, owning recruiting processes, managing payroll, and collaborating with other team members to best serve the plant.

This is a true generalist role, encompassing a broad scope of HR-related activities, with lots of room to identify problems and provide creative solutions to bring real change within the organization.

Background Profile * Required Skills & Experiences:* Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality* An insatiable appetite for learning* Strong organizational and note-taking skills * Preferred skills & experiences:* 2-3 years experience in Human Resources Administration (including internships)* General knowledge of employment laws and practices.* Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration.* PHR certification is preferred.
