This includes the improvement of cancer screening compliance to facilitate early-stage detection.

Human Resources (HR) Director As HR Director, you will develop and implement the company’s human strategy, processes, and policy, including but not limited to performance management, labor relations, training, employee services, hiring, compensation and coordinating recruiting.

Responsibilities: Creates and manages the employee performance management system, encompassing all employee compensation and rewards such as cash bonuses, recognition, promotions, and benefits packages Oversees the career management for all employees, including quarterly reviews, 360 feedback, talent development, leadership development, career planning, internal mobility, coaching, and mentoring Manages all day-to-day employee relations Helps build and manage the company culture and morale Manages the day-to-day interactions with the Company’ professional employment organization across, including: Ensuring the company has the proper policies regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.

Ensuring all policies comply with federal and state law.

Overseeing the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies or other departments in the organization.

Leads workforce planning, including projecting employment needs and identifying critical gaps in areas such as talent, skills, diversity, etc.

Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive and appropriate compensation plans for all employees.

Support the Company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by embedding thoughtful practices across the talent lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, performance management, and retention Coordinates the talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing, assessing, recruiting, onboarding, and training prospective employees Writes and delivers presentations to corporate officers and other key stakeholders regarding human resources policies and practices.

Job Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelors’ degree 3-5 years of progressive HR experience to include management SHRM professional certs Tech savvy – MSOffice/Google Suite Benefits: Our client values their employees’ time and efforts.
