The ideal candidate will be an experienced Human Resources Manager.

(This opportunity requires HR Managment experience).

The successful canadidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will maintain and enhance the organization’s Human Resources by planning, implementing, managing, performing and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices, which includes Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Relations.¬†ResponsibilitiesManage and direct (or perform) all company HR responsibilities and tasks for this 550-employee Print Manufacturing company.

Includes manufacturing company Human Resource Manager responsibilities such as: Recruiting and Onboarding new hires performed by incumbent or by an HR Associate position; Manage the company Payroll function which is performed bi-weekly by a Payroll Administrator using a dedicated HRIS Payroll system; Manage and Lead company’s Benefits program, including accounting for and approving for monthly payments to the various 3rd party Benefits Service providers, such as the TPA, S&A Provider, and similar.

The successful HR Manager candidate will be expected in time to lead the company’s annual benefits renewal effort, (utilizing experienced 3rd party Benefits consultant); all Employee relations initiatives and daily activities which are common to HR in a manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate also will have regular visibility and accessibility in all manufacturing areas in all three manufacturing facilities; HR Tasks managed/performed include: Recruiting-hiring; Employee Benefits Annual Negotiations with assistance from Benefits Consultant; and Benefit Administration Planning; Performance Management and Improvement systems; Organization development & Training, if qualified; compliance to regulatory requirements and issues i.e.

I-(, Workers Comp, Unemployment Claims, etc.; employee orientation, development, and training; policy development and documentation; employee relations; and provide regular, or as required experienced and useful insight or feedback to company leadership and owner(s) relating to Human Resource issues.

This manager position managers at minimum two administrative HR employees performing Payroll, and an HR Administrative Generalist.¬†QualificationsBachelor’s degree or relevant experience5+ years’ experience in Human Resources Manager Level responsibilitiesStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgement
