Human Resources/Payroll AssistantAll Metro Health Care, a well-established and reputable home health care company, is seeking a dynamic individual to provide quality services and to join our team as a Human Resources/Payroll Assistant preferably with an HHA certificate or CNA license. The duties of this position include; but are not limited to:Human ResourcesManages the hiring process of all perspective field employees including screening, testing, and interviewing of all applicantsPlans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company policiesAccurately inputs all necessary paperwork and training for in-services classesMaintains knowledge of all legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in complianceMaintains both active and inactive employee files and controls the accurate records management, proper placement, filing and updating of all files, I-9s, administrative documents and other general filesPayrollAnswers questions and assists in providing resolution to employees regarding payroll issues.Prepares time sheets weekly for entry including verifying schedules of employees and accuracy of total hours as well as resolving any discrepancies appearing on time sheets thereby minimizing errors.Verifies accuracy of payroll prior to weekly distribution minimizing over/underpayment and incorrect billing.Reviews various payroll reports as well as interacts with the appropriate person/agency to resolve any discrepancies in order to secure payment and increase profitability.Researches, prepares and submits payroll adjustments.Prepares all new client maintenance forms.RequirementsAmbitious, highly motivated candidates with strong customer service skills, good organizational and planning skills, detail oriented, and the ability to work under time constraints and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Computer and database skills.Minimum 1 year experience.High School diploma or equivalent.For immediate consideration please submit resume to Branch Manager via email, fax: 561-684-2362, or phone: 561-684-2323EEO/AAP Employer
