The Role: The Human Resources and Recruiting Executive Assistant will support the Human Resource and Recruiting functions of Andersen’s Dallas office along with providing general administrative support.

Primary job responsibilities include providing administrative support of the recruitment process, including coordination and communication with career services centers and all candidates, assisting in the planning of recruiting events, coordination of all interview schedules, and scheduling of candidates’ second round interview process; on boarding notifications; updating recruiting activity utilizing iCIMS; assisting in the scheduling process using Handshake.

In addition to providing administrative support to the recruiting process, the HR and Recruiting EA will assist in scheduling local office trainings; qualifying sessions for CPE/CLE credit, and submitting documentation for accreditation.

This person will also provide general administrative support to assigned executives and respond to requests with appropriate action and confidentiality.

Primary responsibilities include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, composing routine letters and memoranda, preparing databases to track information, and assisting with expense reimbursement, billing, and accounts receivable.

This position offers a strong platform for exposure to recruiting and human resources functions, and an opportunity to grow within the position.

The Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related degree is preferred with a minimum GPA of 3.0.Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.Professional services firm experience a plus.Advanced knowledge in Excel is preferred.Knowledge of iCIMS, Ultipro, ProStaff or related databases a plus;Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills; responds to requests with a sense of urgency.Ability to respond favorably to a changing environment.Excellent process and problem-solving skills.Strong time management and project managements capabilities.Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening andWillingness to work overtime.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
