Headquartered in the beautiful city of Cass City, MI, we are an international and industry-leading manufacturer of ignition systems, fuel injection, and air/fuel management components! Our company employs over 2,500 people with manufacturing facilities in the United States, Mexico, Japan, Thailand, and China. You will be joining us at a very important time in our company history. We are breaking records and are working on elevating our company by bringing key players as we take on 2021! You will be reporting directly to the HR Manager. You will be successful in this position if you are open-minded and willing to wear multiple hats.

Job Details

  • Provides functional support in such areas as recruitment and employment, personnel records, benefits and pay administration, employee relations, training, AAP/EEO
  • Gather and coordinate basic information using established procedures
  • Carry out assignments in such areas as EEO, employment, training, and benefits with required supervision
  • Apply fundamental business and HR concepts to assignments
  • Carry out the Company’s HR policies programs, plans, practices, and procedures
  • Process documents and forms necessary for the implementation of various HR policies, programs, plans procedures, and practices
  • Maintain all necessary records and files to support review and audit
  • Confers with management on unusual or non-standard matters
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business with a focus on human resource management
  • 1+ years of progressive experience in the human resource-related field
  • SHRM CP or SCP preferred
