IT Talent Manager (Recruiter)

nn Talent Manager nn nn The CIBR Warriors Talent Manager will network online and offline with potential candidates to promote the CIBR Warriors company brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we are attracting top IT professionals within the Network Administration and Cyber Security space.

nn nn n nn Duties of the role include: Recruit top IT talent and match their career goals with our clients” hiring needs Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for IT positions.

Write and post technical job descriptions Partner with CIBR sales team to identify top accounts and target skill sets Source potential candidates on multiple platforms Maintain relationships with consultants to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants” abilities Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates utilizing networking tools Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g.

structured interviews and technical assessments) Coordinate with team leaders to forecast recruiting goals and client needs Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for our clients” needs Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through comprehensive screening process Generate sales leads on prospective clients and client contacts for sales team Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products Maintain ongoing relationships with consultants to ensure redeployment initiatives are met Understand client business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to provide proactive placement planning Promote success within the recruiting team by achieving KPI standards nn n nn nn Requirements: nn 2 years minimum work experience as an IT Recruiter Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g.

phone, Google Hangouts, Zoom, and structured) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (Experience w/Bullhorn a plus) Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g.

social media recruiting and Boolean search) Excellent verbal and written communication skills nn n nn nn Qualifications: nn Bachelor”s or Associates degree, Military experience, or 2-4 years of professional experience in IT Recruiting/Sales Strong organizational skills Team-oriented and Goal Driven Customer-focused Authorized to work in the United States for any employer I.T.
