The Role Youll Play to Create Success We are excited to announce a full-time IT Technical Recruiter position filled with many exciting opportunities in the Tampa Bay area!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by consulting, sourcing, and recommending candidates to client organizations, in addition to identifying and developing new business through the full cycle sales of staffing services in an assigned territory or with assigned prospects.
Source and screen potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings.

Establish relationships with employees/contractors in a specified region or with specified clients.

Consults with prospects and client hiring managers to have a thorough understanding of their hiring needs.

Manages accounts by building and maintaining client relationships to achieve work-related goals.

Creatively develops sourcing strategies to recruit high caliber candidates by using online social networking, job boards, community and professional networking, and media resources.

Evaluates and qualifies candidates for prospective placement by using accepted interview techniques and competency-based assessments including, but not limited to phone, computer, on-site office and/or off-site face to face interview formats, both during and outside of normal business hours.

Develops a network of ready-to-place candidates to meet current and anticipated needs of sales prospects and clients.

Prepares and facilitates candidate interviews with clients and follow-up debriefing.

Maintains timely, compliant, and accurate documentation and metrics requirements on all activity related to prospects, clients, and candidates via the FCS ATS.

The Attributes We Seek Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills, and time management and organization skills.

A minimum of five (5) years of technical recruiting experience.

A track record of placing candidates at all levels of IT related positions, including, Project Manager, Architects, Analysts, Developers, Testers, Systems Administrators, Network/Security Engineers and End User Support.

A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, valid Florida drivers license, and experience using an applicant tracking system.
