Junior Recruiter (Contract)

This is a Full-time position in Columbus, OH posted June 11, 2021.

Position Summary:
Contract Interviewers needed for interviewing and selection of seasonal distribution center associates.
The person in this position will:
Select or reject candidates by following predetermined interview criteria Share company and job-related information to inform candidates of the nature and requirements of the positions.

Have knowledge and adhere to all applicable employment laws in their activities Create positive impressions and goodwill in the community.

Skills to bring to the Position:
1-2 years HR experience involving Non-Exempt workforce selection or experience in high-volume hiring a plus Experience recruiting, interviewing, and selecting applicants Knowledge of employment laws Familiarity with distribution center and warehouse associate selection a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Displays self-motivation, a sense of urgency, and a keen sense of initiative to make independent decisions Proven team player Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Sense of accuracy and follow-through.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience Previous recruiting experience preferred Previous experience with Candidate Relationship Management programs, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other technical experience preferred Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.) Available for work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm OR Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm & one Saturday every month 8:30am-1:30pm.
