Come and be part of our dynamic team where you can demonstrate your proven abilities to contribute to bottom-line profitability.POSITION SUMMARYThe Payroll Manager will oversee Keeco’s US payroll function, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.RESPONSIBILITIESImplements maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductionsEnsures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay ratesPrepares fiscal period payroll journal entriesPrepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactionsEnsures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practicesFacilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditorsIdentifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and proceduresOversees the daily workflow of the departmentPerforms other duties as assignedREQUIRED SKILLS OR EDUCATIONProven experience as a payroll manager or similar roleCurrent knowledge of payroll procedures and related lawsExcellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxesFamiliarity with payroll software/ HRIS (e.G.

ADP, Kronos, Paycom) and MS Office (especially Excel)A keen eye for detailAn analytical mind and good math skillsOutstanding communication skills (written and oral)BSc/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field; professional certification (e.G.
