Kelly: Human Resource Assistant


This is a Full-time position in Easton, PA posted February 20, 2021.

Kelly Services is now accepting applications for a to be working at our newest customer location in the Bethlehem, PA area!

As a, you will be assisting the HR department at this clean manufacturing facility with the following tasks:* Prescreening candidates* Reviewing resumes and credentials of applicants to determine if candidate is intially qualified for the position* Participating in selection processes with HR Manager and department* Manage and assist with recruitment processes with various mediums (online, job boards, local assoications, colleges/universities, etc)* Communicatingwith candidates throughout the recruitment and screening processes* Manage paperwork flow of applicants and new hires* Other HR tasks as neededCandidate must have a degree level education or related HR experience.This position is temporary with the possibility of being long-term or temp-to-hire!

Work schedule will be standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM.
