RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is in need of a remote Payroll Project Manager Responsibilities: Manage multiple complex enterprise and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) projects that provide the greatest value to the operation of Envision Healthcare and its companies Familiar and able to deliver a ‘solution’ approach to achieve success in alignment to business goals Facilitate and manage vendor engagement and resources Oversee project(s) on a day-to-day basis and verify the production and quality of required deliverables within specified constraints of time, costs and resources to achieve potential benefits defined in the business case Accountability and responsibility to identify and build approaches to achieving critical project success criteria and performance metrics, in alignment to business KPI’s Oversee development of detailed project plans and associated communications documents.

Identify and manage project dependencies, risks and issues Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle (RCM) project management, requirements definition and/or deployment of business requirements to information systems 3-5 years of prior experience in physician practice RCM management or other healthcare entity strongly preferred Experience working in a Directive PMO environment preferred Demonstrated leadership skills managing projects in a matrix environment Demonstrated ability to create and facilitate executive level presentations Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
