They have built maple hardwood courts for 14 NBA teams and countless numbers of NCAA schools and universities, with products for every level of competition – from park and rec centers to high schools to the top college basketball programs in the country.Key Elements of the Position: Sales in the designated region to meet and exceed budgetReports to Director of SalesNo Direct ReportsFunctional relationship with various departments including Marketing, Customer Service, Finance6 month adaption periodESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Develop and maintain relationships with all customers in the Region.Develop and maintain relationships with key architects in the Region.Budget accountability.Monthly reporting to Director of Sales.Trade show attendance.Develop and maintain relationships with owner’s decision makers including but not limited to Facility Managers, Athletic Directors, Coaches, and owner’s representatives.Provide material pricing per company pricing policy.Provide market intelligence regarding competition, products, business trends, etc.Project tracking.Support Customer sales effortsFacilitate customer support from internal resources such as inside sales, technical, and marketing.Develop a strong understanding of product features, benefits and applications.Schedule travel efficiently in compliance with company policies.Travel as needed, approx.

75% including auto and air travel.QUALIFICATIONSBackground Required: Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 2-3 years sales experienceTechnical skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, CRM, online HR systemsStrong decision and negotiation skillsStrong organizational skillsHigh work ethic and professionalismAttributes for Success: Self-motivated and ability to work independentlyStrong communication skillsPresent, promote and sell products using persuasive techniques to existing and prospective customersAbility to manage multiple projectsEstablishing, developing and maintaining positive long-term business and customer relationshipsCompensation and Benefits: The compensation package includes a base salary, bonus structure, expense, full health and 401K benefits.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 $100,000.00 per yearExperience:territory or regional sales: 2 years (Required)Onboarding time:1-3 months
