Products are created that incorporate rapidly renewable raw and synthetic rubber, natural fillers and color pigments that are Red List Free.KEY ELEMENTS OF THE POSITIONDrive business growth within a defined regionPlan, organize and execute sales activities to meet the revenue and growth objectivesReports on sales activities to the Director of Sales as requiredDevelop and maintain relationships with all key architect and design firms, general contractors and construction managers who have an impact on the specification of contract rubber flooring.Identify ongoing projects in key selling markets such as but not limited to healthcare, higher education and K-12ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSMaintain a sales territory by establishing an annual sales budget, build upon an existing dealer base and participate in the determination of market potential.Work with existing flooring contractors while identifying new dealers whose installation teams must be certified in order to professionally sell and proficiently install contract flooring within the dealer business model.In concert with the company’s existing sales protocols, identify and pursue all relevant projects that would encompass the contract rubber flooring products.Work cooperatively with the Sales Coordinator (inside sales) with shared outlook calendar to build a strong tactical appointment calendar.

Working opportunities at all stages shall be summed (SER) and be congruent with budget expectations on a monthly basisResponsible for a minimum of 40-80 qualified appointments per month and shall maintain a minimum of 150 working opportunities at any given time.Work cooperatively with Director of Sales in order to strategically grow the contract business unit with specific emphasis on identified market segments.Provide market intelligence regarding competition, products, business trends, etc.
