We are currently seeking a talented and professional Human Resource (HR) Specialist to join our team.

The HR Specialist will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

Main Responsibilities: Recruitment filtering resumes, scheduling interview candidates, completing initial phone screen, scheduling onsite interviewsPreparing hiring packets and benefits packages and maintaining employee records in HRIS system and filesTo excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with knowledge of the recruiting process.Update HR statistics in BambooHR.

Job Requirements Highly detail oriented and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentialityProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExcellent written, verbal and social communication skillsAble to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learnWilling to take initiative on variety of tasks and projectsApproachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a HR role.Good understanding of the full recruitment process.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.

Education: Associates degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
