Manager, Human Resources Communications, Engagement & Culture

This is a Full-time position in Norwalk, CT posted October 1, 2021.

Overview

The Manager of HR Communications, Engagement, and Culture is responsible for creating marketing materials and communication for HR initiatives, supporting associate engagement from attraction to retention, and driving positive cultural changes for all HEI associates. This position is also responsible for supporting various HEI Corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities

    – Manages the overarching HEI benefits program, “HEI Loves” across subject matter experts and disciplines
    – Liaises with Senior Leadership team
    – Creates marketing material, content, and timelines
    – Plans, designs and executes digital media, collateral and advertising, as well as creates branded material
    – Manages internal and external communications through intranet, the HEI website, email, presentations, press releases, etc.
    – Uses results-based communications and surveys to assess utilization of programs and obtain feedback of the greater associate base
    – Support ongoing recruitment campaigns to attract and retain top talent at HEI
    – Provides leadership and oversight on various Corporate HR initiatives
    – Performs any other job related duties as assigned.
