Mortgage Customer Service Position – $20/HR


This is a Contract position in Indianapolis, IN posted October 3, 2020.

-A single point of contact person that by law will be assigned to each borrower that is 45 days delinquent, they are in a confirmed disaster area, or the borrower requests loss mitigation options.

-This team will work with borrowers on repayment plans to get them back to current status.

-Assist with loss mitigation options, how to apply, and provide status updates.
