Job description Multi Media Account Executive, Recruitment Advertising Specialist Adams Publishing Group is seeking a sales person at our flagship office in Janesville, WI. The primary responsibility is to represent our proven multimedia recruitment solutions plus other special sales projects as assigned. Daily tasks include but are not limited to prospecting, outbound cold calling, face to face client meetings, closing, campaign development and ad design. With a base salary of $40,000 plus commission, the total target compensation is in excess of $60,000. Requirements include cold calling, problem solving, effective interaction with prospects/customers, and the ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast paced & deadline-oriented environment. The desire and ability to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals are the keys to success in this role. A background in recruiting, telemarketing, and/or sales is a plus as is proficiency with Microsoft Office and GSuite. Candidates Must Exhibit: · The desire and ability to cold call and engage new business opportunities · Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. · Answer customer inquiries about products & services and develop solutions · Research new leads through cold calling, business directories, and client referrals. · Work with the customer to find them the specific product or service that suits their needs and their budget. · Recommend upgrade packages during the finalization of a sale. · Keep a record of customer contact information for future sales, referrals, and follow-up.
