National Distribution Center Recruitment Manager- Salary to $100K

This is a Contract position in Grand Prairie, TX posted October 2, 2020.

Setpoint Consultants is a national staffing agency and we are recruiting for a global client with a large distribution center in Grand Prairie and other locations across the US.

Our client is looking for a Senior Recruiting and Staffing Manager who will be responsible for talent acquisition and workforce planning and management in assigned distribution centers.

This position will work with operations leadership to forecast and analyze labor demand plans for multiple locations and ensure appropriate staffing levels in all distribution centers.

This is a Direct Hire position and the salary will range from $85,000-$100,000/yr depending on experience plus bonus.

The candidate will manage and develop sourcing strategies to ensure applicant flow.

and will manage a team of recruiters and ensure candidates efficiently move through the recruiting cycle to meet the needs of the business.

The candidate will consult and partner with corporate and field managers to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategy and will perform comprehensive targeted research and develop strategies to identify candidates and maintain a candidate pipeline.

Communication with leadership is essential for this role as you will work with key stakeholders to make recommendations and build appropriate systems, processes, and reports.

You will develop and set KPI’s, benchmarks, metrics, and understands how to prioritize to meet and exceed all business SLAs.

You will manage recruiting and staffing vendors, including contracts, SLAs and staffing order process to ensure compliance with agreements and staffing levels.

You will routinely make recommendations to key stakeholders and decision-makers on building appropriate systems processes, and reports.

You will partner successfully with other HR team members to achieve goals and deliver on accountabilities, driving consistency across functional areas and locations.

Your main goal will be to coordinate, develop, and execute business and recruitment processes for hourly distribution center employees.

We are looking for a candidate with 5-7 years of experience in this role and would like to see a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Talent Management Organization, or related disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in this role with a logistics or distribution center environment.

Job Requirements: Experience managing and prioritizing multiple sites, projects, and relationships.

Excellent time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

Proven ability to engage and influence all levels of the organization, and to establish credibility and respect of employees, peers, managers, and leaders.

Experience analyzing data using various tools for forecasting and optimization.

Cross-functional project management experience.

Basic/Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques.

Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure with poise and professionalism.

Experience with applicant tracking systems
