The Operations and Human Resources Administrator will assist with the administrative day-to-day operations of the business.

This role offers the opportunity to grow and learn various areas of business functions to include Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Accounting.

Duties/Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the onboarding processes Keying new hire information into the payroll system Verify/Approve timecards for invoicing and timekeeping purposes Communicate with external employees regarding payroll documents or any other new hire requirements to complete personnel files prior to start dates Update benefits elections in benefits portal and payroll portal Assist employees with travel arrangements Process employee expenses for reimbursement Communicate with vendors to extend reservations, place orders, update orders Manage Office Supplies and inventory Manage incoming mail Maintain employee records, documentation, and files Verify Credit Card Statements and reconcile accounts Assist entire operations staff Assist with corporate team activities as needed, such as event planning, life event celebrations and employee satisfaction initiatives Required Skills/Abilities: College Degree from accredited University Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Ability to manage new technology and processes Ability to work well within a team Preferred: Human Resources or Accounting Experience What We Offer: Comprehensive training program Benefits package starting immediately 401k eligibility after 6 months of employment with match Unlimited PTO after 1 year of employment Fun monthly team activities Dog-friendly Fridays Allyon is an equal employment opportunities (EEO) employer and terms of employment are without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
