This person will be responsible for hiring ~100 entry level grads per year in this geography.

Companywide, our client plans on hiring ~500 entry level grads over the next 12 months!ResponsibilitiesWorking with the Team Lead, Regional Anchors and management, the Campus Recruiter sources, screens, and assists in assessing recent graduates for the Freedom First Flyer training program.

The Campus Recruiter will also attend and facilitate campus recruiting events along with the other team members.

Recruit recent graduates including pipelining, sourcing, screening, assessing, selecting and hiring Campus graduates to fulfill the Freedom First Flyer program needs.

Manage the candidate’s experience through the process.

Track and report activities, interviews, events and hires.

Collaborate closely with Freedom Mortgage hiring managers to select and hire top talent.

Work directly with Freedom Mortgage staff to schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Ensure graduate hires fulfill Freedom First Flyer training program needs.QualificationsTo be successful at ORS, you excel at:Project Management: You have a deep understanding of project management and strategy creation.

You lead projects against milestones and inform clients of challenges or issues and work to resolve problems while identifying opportunities for ORS to extend the partnership.Recruitment Consulting: You possess market knowledge and the ability to educate and consult clients on best practices based on the industry & current candidate market.

You excel in client interactions being able to articulate ORS value proposition, discuss overall workforce planning and interact with clients for weekly reporting updates.Sourcing: You independently create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for both yourself and/or an internal sourcing team to identify candidates who meet client profiles and/or building talent pools for current and future requirements.

You interpret client needs and lead project teams in generating ideas for effective sourcing strategies and then evaluate and tweak to maximize results.Screening & Interviewing: You have experience in advanced call scripting and candidate engagement and serve as an ongoing candidate relationship manager for clients.

You deploy advanced candidate care practices and tailor practices to the specific level of roles.Client Management: You demonstrate the follow up skills and documentation skills required to complete assignments and are highly organized and masterful at multi-tasking.

You effectively and proactively communicate project reporting and updates to hiring managers, team members, and client champions.Additional qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree 1+ years’ experience campus recruiting experience, e.G., recruiting new or recent graduates into management or other training programs.

Quick learning abilities and drive to meet individual and team goals.

Experience recruiting to a set deliverable date or deadline.

Experience working with academic institution’s career and employer relations teams.

Proficiency writing and presenting business materials like job ads, professional correspondence, presentations and virtual meetings.

Strong desire to guide early career jobseekers through their first professional job exploration.

Ability to travel for campus events 25% of the time (post quarantine travel restrictions).
