Jaffer Hospitality Group operates multiple hotel properties for investors and owners.

We are an experienced group of service and management professionals with a common goal of delivering memorable guest experiences.

Presently we operate four hotels in Phoenix, Arizona:

Job Description
Duties will include processing and administering our payroll and benefits program for all staff.

Job Responsibility
Administer payroll and benefits Review New Hire package and follow up if corrections are needed Enter and E-Verify new hires Process payroll on a semi-monthly basis Enter enrollments, claims processing and billings of insurance Year-end reporting/ compliance Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
2+ years of experience in payroll Knowledge of ADP Run, ADP Ez Labor, and Cobra Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required Knowledge of related federal and state employment laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated positive customer service skills, and ability to relate to people of varying ages and backgrounds Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employees and hotel information Strong technical literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per hotel standards
