Payroll Administrator

This is a Contract position in Danville, IL posted September 28, 2021.

Job Number: 493447 Payroll Administrator Summary: The Payroll Administrator will execute, analyze, research, and resolve business processes or escalated issues related to HR areas such as payroll, benefits and HR systems.

Job Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-processing issues Maintains documentation for payroll processes Completes daily transactions in multiple HR systems for payroll Reconciles payroll data, including garnishments, time and attendance system information and manual pay transactions ensuring accurate processing Identifies overpayments & processes reversals, conducts time and attendance pay rule audits ensuring accuracy of data Administer payment and filing of payroll taxes through a third-party vendor Prepares payroll by running advanced payroll processes such as pay calculations and pulling in pay data from time and attendance system Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience Experience processing payroll in ADP Strong analytical and problem solving abilities required.
