Payroll Analyst

This is a Full-time position in Boca Raton, FL posted February 19, 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Payroll Analyst in Boca Raton, FL (Florida).

This role is responsible for processing payroll for an assigned group of locations comprised of 32k associates in 1,100 locations across 49 states and Puerto Rico with an annual payroll of $1billion.

Responsibilities: Ensure that employees are paid and financial information is recorded in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner Provide customer service by researching and resolving payroll inquiries and discrepancies for all North American associates via telephone, ACD line, email, and face to face inquiries Maintain the confidentiality of all company employee HR and Payroll related records.

Audit payroll reports and use discretion to ensure all payroll transactions are accurate, timely, and within compliance Analyze exception reports and make adjustments to on-cycle payroll in Oracle HCM Cloud in compliance with company policies Troubleshoot and remediate issues and inquiries via ACD line and Payroll Customer Assistance email Research, analyze, and resolve payroll-related issues or questions Administer inbound interfaces for KRONOS or Reflexis time-keeping systems Administer employees security and access for KRONOS time-keeping system Analyze and execute off-cycle payments and payroll related adjustments Manage and execute final payments for employee separations in accordance with company policy, state and local labor laws Review and execute necessary updates for rehires to ensure Payroll data is set-up correctly as it relates to direct deposit Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years of experience Master Excel experience (Pivot tables, V-look-ups
– both are a must) along with Human Resources background is required Oracle HCM experience preferred Payroll experience Experience with fast pace handling Manager will consider entry level payroll background Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
