Division is responsible in providing internal financial support services for the administration and operations of Cambridge Health Alliance.
The Payroll Analyst will use various systems within CHA to collect, organize and prepare analysis for range of payroll and payroll tax reports and filings. This position will work with payroll department to provide a high level of reporting and analysis. Payroll analyst will participate on projects to improve systems and data for more accurate, efficient reporting. Payroll analyst will provide payroll data in response to audit request.
• Prepare analysis to validate weekly payroll.
• Researches and analyzes variances to ensure data accuracy.
• Assists in the continued development of financial modeling and forecasting to meet the needs of various internal and external customers.
• Prepare Federal and State Quarterly 941, Unemployment, PFML external reporting.
• Position will be expected to have knowledge of Lean concepts. Position is expected to work to assist to improve financial reports for the organization.
• This position requires a self-starter with the ability to work independently to produce accurate and timely reconciliations and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training: Knowledge of multi union environment and knowledge of payroll. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Excel proficiency required.
Strong MS Excel, MS Access, and INFOR systems a plus.
Work Experience: Four year’s professional work experience required in, Payroll, Business analytics or IT supporting payroll preferred,
